Strawberry Shake
This very simple recipe makes a refreshing and satisfying summertime dessert.
Ingredients:

3/4 cup ice

1/2 cup unsweetened strawberries (frozen and slightly thawed)

1/4 cup milk (or soy/rice milk)

1/4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt (or soy/rice frozen dessert)

1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
Combine ice, strawberries, and milk in a blender. Blend at high speed until ice is well crushed. Add frozen yogurt and almond extract and blend just until smooth.
