Very Veggie Slaw
A quick and easy way to throw together a colorful, tasty salad full of healthy vitamins and antioxidants!
- 1 cup shredded broccoli stalks
- 1 cup shredded white cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise
In a small bowl, combine all above ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.Chill well.
Makes 4 servings
