I took a wellness physical not too long ago, and my sugar came in at 127. I am 42 and exercise regularly. I'm going back in for a retest. Will increasing my cardio workout help the situation or make it worse. I weight lift twice a week and cardio also twice a week.
Exercise for non-insulin dependent individuals is always a positive. Increasing lean tissue will only help to lower glucose. Of course, your food intake must also "match".
