I am type 2 and my husband bought something called Liquid Health. A friend claims his father is now cured from diabetes. I don't believe that but I wonder if you have heard of this stuff and if it is alright to drink.

No, I've not heard of that one, but diabetes can often be controlled by taking charge of one's lifestyle. What your friend has done is to begin a body fat loss program. He has chosen to use "diet food" to help get food intake under control. I'm assuming exercise is also a part of the program. There are many nutritional supplements on the market; one would need to read labels carefully for carbohydrate/sugar content and overall balance. And all cases of diabetes "are not equal." What works for one may not work for another. It would take a medical/lifestyle assessment with tracking of blood glucoses to determine what would be best for your husband.
