Q:

Does using lecithin granules in your cooking help your body in controling diabetes?

A:

Lecithins, a form of phospholipids, are an important part of cell membranes. Our bodies manufacture it. It was very popular at one time to take lecithin granules in hopes of improving cardiovascular diseases. What you're asking will not make a difference by itself. You must first look at your overall food intake and lifestyle, spiff that up, then add appropriate supplementation. Have you gotten good nutritional advice based on your medical history?
